Graffiti Grrlz: Performing Feminism in the Hip Hop Diaspora is now under contract with NYU Press and I’m looking for cover art!
I am torn between two ideas: one is a photograph of a piece by a graff grrl and the other is a collage of diff grrlz holding a can obfuscating their face.
You know the pose I am talking about:
You can send in either as a submission. I need:
- a 300 dpi (dots per inch) sized at 4 by 6 inches wide as TIFF or jpg file
- a caption including: your tagname, location of the piece, and year completed
I will be in contact with a permissions form if I choose your image(s).
