On Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 2:00–3:30 pm EST, I have the great privilege of sharing my research at this year’s TEDxWomen conference in Washington DC. The theme is “The Space Between,” and for those of you who are not familiar with TEDxWomen: it is a collaboration between TED and the Paley Center for Media that brings together thinkers and trailblazers to discuss the innovative ideas of women and girls. TEDx is a global conversation: not only will I be speaking to around 400 conference attendees, but also to the over 10,000 viewers who will be participating via livestream in every time zone and on every continent.
